bottle business began in 1986.
It currently operates 11 automated
production lines in two plants in Daejeon
and Pyeongchang. The demand for PET
bottles as alternatives to glass bottles,
cans, and other plastic containers is
growing every year, and Samyang PET
bottles are preferred in both the domestic
and overseas markets, such as Japan,
due to superior rmf dimensional stability,
lightness, and transparency. Moreover,
Samyang addresses complex customer needs
by tailoring designs, process tech-
nologies, and materials.
Characteristics of PET Bottles
No harmful : Beverages stored in PET bottles do not change in taste. They are non-toxic and do not affect human hormones.
Gas Barrier : Compared to other plastics package, PET Bottle is better at isolating CO2 and O2 gasses, making more advantageous for long term storage
Light weight : PET bottle weighs only 1/15~1/20 of same volume glass bottle. it's make easy to handle and reduce logistic price.
Superior molding : The molding capability of PET bottles far superior to cans, glass, paper, or other packages.
Positive external appearance : The transparency of PET bottles allow for more value for the contents. This makes the whole bottle recyclable.
The Process of Production of PET bottles
Poly Condensation process : A process in which polymer is made through condensation polymerization of TPA and EG.
Solid phase polymerization process : Resin that has been through the polymerization process is removed by dehudified hot air.
Injection process : The process by which this material is then mold injected according to the varying needs for PET bottles.
Blowing process : Stage of reheating the perform up to optimum temperature to stretch with high Air pressure and get the required bottle shape.
Labeling process : Any labeling requested by the customer may be attached in
Package palletizing processing : Automated packaging machines are allow for storage in the quantity desired by the customer.
Inspection processing : Bottles with the most microscopic of contaminants and structural flaws are eliminated using an automatic inspection machine
