Introduction
TRILOY is the registered trademark of alloy resins (PC/ABS, PC/PBT, and PC/PET, etc.) manufactured by Samyang Corporation.
PC/ABS is used for various applications requiring high impact resistance.
PC/PBT displays good resistance against oils and solvents as well as high impact, which makes it suitable for automotive applications.
PC/PET is superior surface and high heat resistance allow it to be employed in housing for electric appliances.

Typical Processing Conditions for Injection Molding
Drying condition of TRILOY PC/ABS alloy is very important to get excellent result of injection mold processing.
TRILOY PC/ABS alloy should be dried at least 3hours at 120oC. Besides, temperature of hopper should be maintained over than 100°C.
