Introduction
TRIEL is the resistered trade mark of Thermoplastic Polyether Ester Elastomer(TPEE) manufactured by Samyang corporation. TRIEL resins offer superior mechanical properties, elasticities, heat and chemical resistance, which allow it to be widely used for electric/electronic equipments, automotive parts and outdoor recreation equipments.

Processibility

Excessive moisture contents during processing can result in poor physical properties, so TRIEL materials are need to be thoroughly dried prior to processing.
In general, moisture content should be below 300ppm to achieve optimum result. Drying of TRIEL5200, TRIEL5250, TRIEL5300 should be performed at 80-90¡É for 3-4hours. and other grades should be performed at 100¡É for 3-4hour. Higher temperature can lead to degradation and yellowing of materials.
